
Please ensure you check your delivered items for damage before signing for them. Please do not accept something from the carrier if you suspect or can clearly see that it may/is damaged. If it is impractical to examine the goods prior to signing for them - sign but write 'unchecked' or 'not examined' (or something similar) by your signature.
Mattresses/Divans can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged. Any mattresses/divans that has been opened cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
Goods ordered and cancelled prior to commencment of order processing (before the items have either left our warehouse or been put on order) may be cancelled without penalty for a full refund.
If the goods are already in transit or have been put on order with one of our suppliers - to cancel would mean losing either you deposit (if deposit taken) otherwise your full payment.

If you are already in receipt of your goods but wish to cancel/return your order - please call 01223 50 10 95 or e-mail returns@clickonmattresses.co.uk to initiate the returns procedure. Once your cancellation has been confirmed, you will be advised when the goods will be collected.
We reserve our right to recover the cost of collection, (£30) which would be deducted from the refund amount.
You need to ensure that all reasonable care is taken of the goods whilst in your possession and where possible, the original wrappings must be retained and used for collection. Goods will remain the responsibility of you the customer until we have received them. Once we have received confirmation that the goods have been collected and returned in good condition, we will issue the relevant refund.
